My resume in order of occurrence...

* Born and raised in Phila., PA. Attended Temple University for engineering. Worked in drafting and electro/mechanical package design for a number of years while living in the Phila. area.

* Attended several semesters at the Philadelphia Museum College of Art. This experience has helped me extensively with my photography work.

* Purchased my first serious camera. A Nikon that I still own and use frequently today.

* Left my full time position to go back to school to become a professional pilot. Obtained a Commercial, Instrument, Flight Instructor and Multi Engine ratings. Along with working as a full time flight instructor, I owned and operated a flight school and air taxi business in Phila., PA. During that time I logged close to 2000 hours of pilot in command.

* Took up golf as a hobby and am still very active in golf today. I maintain a single digit handicap and have recently been as low as a 3.

* Moved from aviation into the business world as an outside field salesman starting my career in business. While in the sales and marketing field, I started as a Field Sales Engineer, worked my way up to District, Regional and National Sales Manager, Dir of Sales & Marketing, eventually held the position of Div. Manager.

* Moved to Houston, TX as a part of a management promotion where I lived for 3 years before moving to San Jose, CA.

* Formed RAC Computers in 1979. RAC was one of the pioneers in the personal computer field helping to set the stage for what micro computing has become today. The company grew from one store in San Jose, to seven stores across Northern California. Our sales program included an outside sales force selling to commercial and industrial clients, as well as a full time sales team selling computers to California schools. I was awarded an Apple Computer dealership and received the first IBM Personal Computer dealership in Northern California...one of the first 12 awarded in the United States. During this period I helped introduce the first Apple Macintosh Computer, the first mouse, the original IBM PC computer, the Osborn and Compaq computers, which were the worlds first portable computers. During that time we helped define the original concept of personal computing. RAC Computers grew to 90 employees with a sales rate of $1.5m/month, all within 5 years.

* Satisfied a life long desire to be involved with racing. Bought my first race car in 1982 and spent the next 15 years deeply involved with driving and owning open wheel dirt track type midget and sprint cars. During that time I won 2 track championships, set many track records and raced at a very high level in N.Calif. I also founded the Race Car Swap Meet in 1990. An annual event that is still active and has grown to be the largest performance car event of its type, drawing participants from western US, Canada and as far away as Australia.

* My next venture took me into the world of graphics, the business that I currently own and operate today in partnership with my son. We have worked together in this business for the past 15 years. The world of graphics has allowed me the opportunity to expand on my love for computing, art and photography as a part of our regular business. It has also allowed me to pursue my longtime desire to venture into Glamour Photography.

Presently, along with my photography business, I own and publish a magazine called Thunder Roads Texas. It is the oldest motorcycle magazine in Texas. It serves the biker community as a monthly publication. Advertising rates and additional information can be obtained by contacting me here.
